Special Needs Swim Night

The Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission is welcoming people with special needs, their families, caregivers and friends to a unique night at the waterpark.

The nights will be held at Whirlin' Waters at North Charleston Wannamaker County Park and Splash Zone Water park, located at James Island County Park.
