Kids age 6 and younger are always welcome to jump during standard park hours, but #KidsJump is reserved just for these little ones from 9am to 10am Monday through Saturday. They can jump with kids their own age without the rustle and bustle of a bunch of other kids in the way.

Join Postpartum Support Charleston every other Thursday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. for a peer-led support group for women working through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Are you having trouble adjusting to motherhood? Are you feeling sad, anxious, angry or scared? Do you feel like there is no hope to feeling better? Are you physically and emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone, mama. *This is a woman-only group (female friends and family members are welcome to join), and we welcome babies in arms. One-on-one support is available upon request. Postpartum Support Charleston is a Mount Pleasant-based 501c3 founded in 2000.

Catch the Leprechaun 5K

The 2018 Catch the Leprechaun 5K will be held on Thursday, March 15 at Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park. This scenic race offers spectacular views of the Cooper River Bridge, USS Yorktown and Charleston Harbor. After the race, there will be live music, a great post race party, a pot of gold for the winners and prizes for everyone who finishes before the Leprechaun.
