Moving Into Motherhood Support Group-Mount Pleasant

Join Postpartum Support Charleston every other Thursday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. for a peer-led support group for women working through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Are you having trouble adjusting to motherhood? Are you feeling sad, anxious, angry or scared? Do you feel like there is no hope to feeling better? Are you physically and emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone, mama. *This is a woman-only group (female friends and family members are welcome to join), and we welcome babies in arms. One-on-one support is available upon request. Postpartum Support Charleston is a Mount Pleasant-based 501c3 founded in 2000.
