Getting Through to Your Teens

Hunterdon Healthcare and HealthQuest of Hunterdon will host Getting Through to Your Teens: How to Communicate, Share Your Values and Not Lose Your Mind in the Process Program on Thursday, October 11th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The program will be held at HealthQuest – Adult Lounge, 310 HealthQuest Blvd. in Flemington.

“Forget it - you guys don't understand anything!" Frustrated by conversations that turn into arguments? Angry about your teen’s "attitude"? Afraid - but not sure why? Come hear about ways to change the dynamic between parents and teens!

This program will be led Lynne Gonski, M.S., School-Based Counselor, Hunterdon Behavioral Health.
