The SHSH workshops, which are funded by Nestle-Gerber, are established to improve the diets of young children through three years of age, or the first thousand days of life. The Early Childhood Education Department at the Hunterdon County YMCA was identified by The NJ YMCA State Alliance as a valuable provider to launch these workshops. Workshops will be presented by Clinical Nutritionist Nadia Quraishi, Founder of Retreat and Nourished by Nadia.
