Stroller Class

Exercise is great for the entire family. The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Clinton will offer stroller classes from November 1st-December 1st. The classes will be held on Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. – 4:55 p.m. and Fridays 11:05 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This fun, full-body workout is a great way for those who want to get in shape without leaving the kid(s) behind. Using the stroller as support, this workout combines two resistance moves with 1 minute of cardio for calorie-shredding results. Participants who do not have a stroller may either share or use a chair. This class is for adults with children still in strollers (generally, ages 2 and younger); low-medium impact.

Prices: The cost is $10 per class for members of the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers and $15 for non-members. Discounts will be offered for unlimited sessions throughout the month ($65 for members and $100 for non-members).
