Come try our stroller based fitness classes called Strollfit. Everyday but Tuesday and Sunday. Fitness for you. Fun for your baby. Toddlers & Preschoolers are welcome. Bring your stroller, little one/s and have fun exercising. After class little ones play. We offer additional playdates and mom's socials throughout the year. It's a wonderful community of moms!
