Ray of Light’s teen yoga series explores the practice of yoga and movement in a fun, upbeat and non-intimidating environment.Teens will develop body and mind strength and flexibility through yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Journaling, group discussions and valuable activities create a positive atmosphere that supports self-esteem, body appreciation and tools for stress management.
