Begrudgingly taking his advice, Jo weaves in the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.

This class is run by an occupational therapist and the perfect fit for a child that has sensory needs. We put emphasis on all the senses: touching, hearing, smelling, tasting, and seeing. Each week children work together to create an end product by squishing, pouring, mixing, and more! The activities will range from sensory bottles to ziploc painting. And the fun doesn't end there! The second part of class will focus on movement where your children will go through obstacle courses, engage in scooter races, wheelbarrow walks, etc. It's a great way for your children to meet friends and socialize as well!

After the playing of the Star Spangled Banner at dusk (approx. 9:15 pm), get ready for a spectacular display of patriotic fireworks, sure to bring out the kid in everyone!
