Infant Massage Class

Infant Massage Class

Tuesday, September 12, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

HMC Education Center, Route 31

Infant massage is fun and easy!!! Come join us, along with your under 1 year old baby, to learn the ancient art of infant massage. Infant massage has many benefits for both parent and child, and can be begun as soon as possible in the weeks following birth. Classes are held at the HMC Education Center, just north of HMC on Rt. 31.

Infant massage helps babies to
• have better, longer, more restful sleep
• be able to calm themselves earlier and more easily
• improve oxygen and nutrient flow to cells
• improve sensory awareness
• improve digestion, relieving discomfort from gas

Parents will benefit from learning to ‘read’ their baby’s behavior, which leads to better communication with their baby.

Infant massage is offered as a series of 3 classes, one hour each. 1-2 pm. The cost for a series is $90.

Session dates: September 12, 19 and 26
