Rebecca's Reviews: Para’Kito

It's Rebecca and I am back with another review! This one is perfect for this time of year….Para’Kito Mosquito Repellent!

product

Para’Kito is a DEET, Paraben and Phthalate free mosquito repellent.  It comes in three product options: a Refillable Band, Refillable Clip and a Roll-On Gel.  Out in the country we are loaded with mosquitoes.  My son who is 5 and myself suffer badly from mosquito bites.  When I get bit, the bite blows up and is there for what seems like forever.  My son is the same way.  He is up half the night crying from the bites. Thus, needless to say I was excited to try out this product.

A few weekends ago (Memorial Day weekend) we were pretty much outside all day, everyday.  I decided this was the perfect weekend to give Para’Kito a try.  These products are amazing. The refillable band is made of neoprene and comes in both an adult and kids size, in a variety of colors.  The band can be worn around the wrist or ankle.  The refillabe clip comes in a variety of colors and is convenient to attach to a stroller, backpack or belt.

I put the refillable kids sized band on my son's ankle and he was ready for a day outside.  He was in and out of the pool and the kids band was still doing it’s job.  By the end of the day he was mosquito bite free!

For sizing purposes, I tried the band on my daughters arm (she is 2) and it fits perfectly as well.  For myself, I rolled the Mosquito Repellent with Natural Essential Oils on my exposed areas and I was also bite free.  I am very picky when it comes to scents and I love the way the Para’Kito products smell.

For $19.50 for the kids band will last 30 days.  It comes to with 2 pellets that each last 15 days.  You can purchase refillable pellets for around $13.00 for a 2 pack.  The roll-on gel is now a must have at this house.  That can be purchased for $19.50 as well.  This is safe way to stay mosquito bite free for the whole family!  For more information or to purchase your own Para’Kito products please go to http://us.parakito.com.

I received this product at no cost to facilitate this review. All opinions expressed herein are my own. I am in no way affiliated with Para’Kito and did not earn a commission or percent of sales.
