#KidsJump is reserved just for the little ones, they can jump with kids their own age without the rustle and bustle of a bunch of other kids in the way.
Join Postpartum Support Charleston the fourth Friday of the month for a walk led by a volunteer who has recovered from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Are you having trouble adjusting to motherhood? Are you feeling sad, anxious, angry or scared? Do you feel like there is no hope to feeling better? Are you physically and emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone, mama. *This is a woman-only group (female friends and family members are welcome to join), and we welcome kids in all stages. Our meeting spot has a playground that the kids can play on at the end of the walk, if necessary. Postpartum Support Charleston is a Mount Pleasant-based 501c3 founded in 2000.
Hurricane Boxing is a place for people who want all the fitness benefits of training like a real boxer but aren’t necessarily interested in getting in the ring and fighting another person. A fully equipped boxing gym with a ring and all necessary training equipment.
The “greatest movie musical of all time” is faithfully and lovingly adapted for stage. “Singin’ in the Rain” has all the makings of a Tinseltown tabloid headline – the starlet, the leading man and a love affair that could change lives and make or break careers. In silent movies, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are a hot item, but, behind the scenes, things aren’t always as they appear on the big screen. Meanwhile, Lina’s squeaky voice might be the end of her career in “talking pictures” without the help of a talented young actress to do the talking and singing for her. A musical classic that’s been delighting audiences for decades.
