Colonial Park is the home of an 18-hole putting course unlike the traditional resort type miniature golf courses. The one-and-a-half-acre course has no amusements, and instead offers players mini-gardens and natural landscaping features. Instead of traditional "boxed" holes, the fairway greens range from twenty-five to seventy-five feet long! Each hole has been designed to provide a fun and challenging experience for both the experienced golfer and first-time player. In order to accommodate players with physical disabilities, all 18 holes are fully accessible; only the second course in the country to achieve that feat.
Tinkergarten Exclusive Trial Class
Join us for a Tinkergarten exclusive FREE trial class in our Kids Garden at Clinton Township Organic Community Garden on Monday, June 26th from 4:00-5:15 pm! It is open to children ages 18 months - 8 years, and siblings are welcome. Local Tinkergarten leaders Katie Kohlhepp and Candice Testa will facilitate an expert-designed play scenario, allowing children of various ages and needs to explore, problem solve, communicate, collaborate, and create together. During this free trial class, children will mix up a pot of delicious Stone Soup using ingredients from the outdoors. Parents and caregivers learn too, as information is shared about your child's development. Spots are limited; Click this link to register: https://tinkergarten.com/classes/14344
