We have been walking for a little over a week... let's begin to jog! Everyone goes at their own pace! Remember it's not how you start but how you finish!
Join us for Tinkergarten class. More info in the link below.
Children 3-5 years old learn about nature while exploring the out-of-doors with one of the Teacher-Naturalists. Each class includes outdoor exploration, stories and simple crafts. A parent must stay with any child younger than 4. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather – hat, sunscreen and water bottle are recommended in the summer. Class size is limited and registration is required.
Colonial Park is the home of an 18-hole putting course unlike the traditional resort type miniature golf courses. The one-and-a-half-acre course has no amusements, and instead offers players mini-gardens and natural landscaping features. Instead of traditional "boxed" holes, the fairway greens range from twenty-five to seventy-five feet long! Each hole has been designed to provide a fun and challenging experience for both the experienced golfer and first-time player. In order to accommodate players with physical disabilities, all 18 holes are fully accessible; only the second course in the country to achieve that feat.

Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in the Tony award winning musical extravaganza Seussical the Musical Jr., from Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, tailored for young audiences. Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos. Horton must protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, and he must also guard an abandoned egg that’s been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!
