Stroller Class

Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Clinton

Exercise is great for the entire family. The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Clinton will offer stroller classes from November 1st-December 1st. The classes will be held on Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. – 4:55 p.m. and Fridays 11:05 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This fun, full-body workout is a great way for those who want to get in shape without leaving the kid(s) behind. Using the stroller as support, this workout combines two resistance moves with 1 minute of cardio for calorie-shredding results. Participants who do not have a stroller may either share or use a chair. This class is for adults with children still in strollers (generally, ages 2 and younger); low-medium impact.

REACH with Gymnastics Unlimited

This 45-minute class will develop balance, hand eye coordination, kinesthetic awareness, and strength. All gymnastics equipment is used in this course which will be held in the KinderBarn. Ages 2-4.

We will work on OT and PT skills recommended for your child. There is a comfortable waiting room for parents.
