Sprouts 2018: Sugar Maple Time

The end of February and beginning of March is when sugar maple sap starts to run. What a sweet time! After a story we will take a hike to the Sugar Shack and see the process of making maple syrup, so dress appropriately. Back in the classroom, we'll do a maple syrup taste test and participate in a pancake race.
