Since 2007, our Watershed Association has gathered together hundreds of volunteers every spring to pick up trash from dozens of our watershed's streams and lakes. Last year, we removed over 7 tons of garbage! Will you help us continue to clean and protect our water?
T-shirts and light refreshments will be provided. Volunteers should wear long pants and boots. Bring a water bottle and work gloves, if you have them.

The Ballet Princess program is especially designed for 3-5 year olds. This class is educational, fun and age appropriate.
Join us for storytime.
Youngsters ages 4-7 will have the opportunity to discover and explore a variety of circus disciplines including: aerials, acrobatics, ground props & balance skills. Each class consists of a dynamic warm-up, skill building, collaborative play, improvisations and act creation.This class will present an informal Sharing on the last day of class, during normal class time. Students are welcome to invite friends and family to watch the Sharing, which may consist of an act or a simple presentation of skills learned over the course of the semester.

Weekend Classes Rookie & Novice Levels
Jump into the world of robotics with the LEGO Mindstorms EV3 kit. Learn how to build and program loads of cool creations from differential gear cars to Spirograph machines from the ground up. All topics are essential for students interested in First Lego League (FLL) competitions!

Buck Garden staff and volunteers from the Watnong Chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society, the event co-sponsor, will present daily activities including a plant sale, garden lectures, and guided tours of the woodland garden and planted rock outcroppings. A variety of choice plants will be available, and handcrafted planting troughs will also be offered. Buck Garden staff and Watnong Chapter volunteers will be on hand to advise visitors about plants and gardening. Lectures: 1 p.m. Saturday, April 23, “The Fragile Monarch Butterfly,” by Judy Pfister, Rutgers master Gardener of Somerset County; and 1 p.m. Sunday, April 24, “John Bartram – Father of American Botany,” by Ruth S. Claus, Buck Garden docent. Guided tours to the Leonard J. Buck Garden will follow the lectures each day at 2 p.m. Free admission. Also on noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 24th.

Shake up your Saturday routine with a Pizza Brunch at Liberty Hall Pizza, Brunch Pizza is served only on the weekend from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Brunch Pizza consists of a base pizza of eggs, salt and pepper, fresh garlic and olive oil. Diners choose their favorite cheese (Fresh Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gruyere, Goat, Ricotta); one meat (Italian Fennel Sausage, Taylor Pork Roll, Guanciale (pork cheek), Calabrese Salami or Pancetta); and a vegetable (Red Onions, Italian Long Hots, Artichokes, Caramelized Onions, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Rosemary Potatoes).

If you missed the food trucks in Princeton last weekend, here’s another opportunity to sample cuisine from the region’s most award-winning food trucks. Alba Vineyard‘s Spring Food Truck & Wine Festival will also feature wine tastings and live music by the Bob Lanza Blues Band.
Mouth-watering food truck fare includes the Empanada Guy, Nick’s Roast Beef, Little Sicily Riceballs, Fired-Up Flatbread, Aioli, the Pirate Cupcake and more.
Admission is $10 for adults 21 and over, $5 for ages 13 to 20, and children 12 and under are free. It includes entrance to the event, parking and music. There are no reservations, simply pay at the gate.
Food prices will vary by truck, and wine tastings are an additional $10 per person, 21 and older. This includes eight samplings of Alba Winery’s wines in an etched Alba Vineyard wine glass.

Students will learn about the basics of "horsekeeping" in this hands-on course taught by stable staff. There is no riding involved in this program. Class meets for five consecutive Saturdays.

Game-U in Flemington is adding a new game to our Weekend Game Nights! It's another way for kids to play games together in a social setting and have fun!
